TrueBatch Installation Requirements

System set up

1. Location & Mounting

Select a suitable mounting position.
Ensure the frame area is level, accessible, and structurally appropriate.

2. Install Load Cells

Install load cells when the scale arrives on site. Verify load cell weights and stability. (Approx. 30 minutes.)

3. Lift Scale Into Position

Lift and secure the scale onto the prepared mounting points.
Confirm alignment and frame stability.

Pipework and Air

4. Connect Feed Pipes

Run admixture charge pipes from pumps to the scale charge pipes.                                         Confirm correct sizing and sealing.

5. Connect Discharge Pipes

Run discharge pipes from funnels to the designated discharge point.
Check for correct routing and fall.

6. Connect Air Supply

Run a 10 mm airline from the plant air supply.
Connect to scale solenoids and verify pressure.

Water, Electrical and Calibration

7. Fresh Water Supply

Run fresh water line to the scale.
Connect to the flush system and test flow.

8. Batch Computer Technician

8.1 Load Cell Cabling Run 0.5 mm × 4‑core screened cable from each load cell junction box to the scale indicator.

8.2 Control Cabling Run 10–18 core × 1 mm cable from control junction to batch computer junction box or substation.

8.3 Manual Panel Installations

  • Red valve‑open indicator light

  • Manual discharge button

  • Manual flush button

9. Calibration & Mix Design Updates

9.1 Scale Calibration Performed by certified scale calibration company.

9.2 Mix Design Updates Update mix designs from volume → mass (include SG). Update batch‑on‑batch computer units.
